Fred Holroyd Receives National Recognition

The Labor Relations Institute Inc. has named Frederick F. Holroyd II of Charleston, West Virginia as one of the top 100 labor attorneys in the United States for 2007. Inclusion on the list puts Holroyd in the top 1 percent of labor attorneys in the nation, the institute said.

Holroyd is managing partner at Holroyd & Yost, a firm on the west side of Charleston. A native of Princeton and a graduate of West Virginia University, Holroyd has practiced since 1958. He was one of the founders of the "State Journal" in 1984.
