Clay’s career started in the construction industry following his 2010 graduation from West Virginia University where he earned a BS in Wood Science and MS in Safety Management. He’s spent the past eight years as a safety consultant working with a diverse range of industries and businesses helping his clients to more efficiently manage their risk with a safer workforce. Clay applies the same hands-on approach and attention to detail to safety consulting that he applied as a contractor. He has a proven track record of helping clients advance their safety culture by partnering with their employees and supervisors to grow their business.
